Daorsa Ibrahimaj is a project management professional with experience supporting the implementation of European Union-funded technical assistance projects and international cooperation initiatives. Her expertise encompasses procurement administration, contract management, tender preparation, donor compliance and project coordination, ensuring that operational processes are delivered efficiently and in accordance with EU requirements. Since joining CPM Consulting International, she has supported projects benefiting civil society organisations through the coordination of project staffing, financial follow-up, contract administration and procurement processes. Her responsibilities include verifying procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with PRAG requirements and maintaining complete, audit-ready procurement records throughout the procurement cycle. Prior to CPM, she contributed to the development of public diplomacy initiatives at Kosovo’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Diaspora and gained valuable international operational experience with Ecolog International in Brussels. Holding an MSc in International Politics from KU Leuven and a BSc in International Relations from Budapest Metropolitan University, she brings strong analytical, research and organisational skills to project implementation.
