
Afrodita Musliu
Afrodita Musliu is a senior monitoring, evaluation and research expert with more than 25 years of professional experience supporting civil society development, democratic governance, public policy and institutional strengthening. She has extensive expertise in designing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, developing performance indicators, conducting qualitative and quantitative research, analysing programme results, assessing project performance and preparing evidence-based recommendations for continuous improvement. Throughout her career, she has worked with civil society organisations, public institutions and international organisations, supporting programme design, implementation, monitoring, learning and policy development through participatory approaches and stakeholder engagement. Her experience includes field monitoring, verification of project activities and results, risk identification, data collection and analysis, reporting, and the integration of human rights and inclusion principles into monitoring methodologies. As part of the EU Civil Resilience Mechanism (EU CRM) Phase I, she contributed to the monitoring of supported actions by developing monitoring tools, conducting field visits, verifying implementation progress, analysing findings, identifying implementation risks and providing recommendations to strengthen programme performance. She combines strong analytical and research skills with extensive field experience, helping organisations generate reliable evidence, measure results and use monitoring and evaluation as a tool for learning, accountability and continuous improvement.
