
Kristina Doda
Kristina Doda is a senior human rights, rule of law and governance expert with more than 10 years of professional experience leading programmes that promote fundamental rights, equality, access to justice and inclusive public policies. She has extensive experience working with the European Union, the Council of Europe, the United Nations, public institutions and civil society organisations, supporting legal and policy reforms, institutional development and the integration of human rights principles into governance and development initiatives. Her expertise encompasses human rights-based approaches (HRBA), anti-discrimination, gender equality, disability inclusion, access to justice, legislative and policy analysis, research, monitoring, stakeholder engagement and capacity building. She has successfully managed complex programmes, coordinated multidisciplinary partnerships, prepared shadow reports for international human rights mechanisms, supported legislative reforms and developed practical methodologies and training programmes for public institutions and civil society organisations. Her experience also includes managing re-granting schemes for grassroots organisations, strengthening institutional capacities and promoting evidence-based policy development.
