
Andreja Stojkovski
Andreja Stojkovski is a senior public policy, governance and European integration expert with more than 20 years of professional experience supporting democratic governance, EU accession and institutional reform. His career bridges government, diplomacy, academia and civil society, enabling him to bring a unique perspective to complex policy and reform processes. He has extensive expertise in EU accession negotiations, legislative approximation, public policy development, governance reforms, strategic advocacy and stakeholder engagement. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with European institutions, governments, civil society organisations and international partners, building partnerships, facilitating policy dialogue and supporting reforms aligned with the EU acquis and European standards. His professional experience includes serving as Deputy Chief Technical Negotiator for North Macedonia’s EU accession process, Special Representative of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office for Civil Society, and Executive Director of the PRESPA Institute, where he has led policy research, advocacy and regional cooperation initiatives. An accomplished researcher, lecturer and author, he has contributed extensively to public debate on European integration, democratic governance and public policy.
